- We shall exclusively represent the purchaser and protect his/her interests..
- We shall not take any selling instructions. Likewise, we shall have no interest of any form in the sale of a property.
- We are bound to our clients by a contract. Any mission involves a research mandate, which lays down the description of the researched property, the means implemented, the research’s duration, and the relating compensation.
- Any information provided by our clients shall remain strictly confidential. They shall not be disclosed in any way to anyone, without the client’s prior consent.
- Pursuant to any visit, a sufficiently detailed report shall be sent to the client to enable him/her to make an informed decision, as whether to travel to Sardinia or not, to visit the property.
- We shall assist our clients until the signing of the final deed.
